The All Florida AmeriSpec Process: Sewer Scope Inspections

Our goal is to give you clear, reliable answers about the condition of your home.

We will insert a small video camera into the sewer clean-out and snake it through the sewer line. The camera extends from the exterior clean-out to the main sewer line. It can go as far as to the point where the home’s sewer line connects to the municipal sewer line, up to a maximum of 100 feet. The camera is equipped with transmitters so if any defect or obstruction is found the technician can accurately identify where the problem area is located. If the exterior clean out is not accessible the inspector may use a toilet.

After the inspection is over, our inspector will create a curated post inspection report for you to read and see all pictures of the system. Our goal is to leave you with no questions, so we cover everything in our scope in the report.

Camera Insertion & Line Access:

We insert a specialized video camera through the sewer clean-out or an accessible toilet to examine the full length of the sewer line.

Video Inspection & Defect Location:

The camera travels up to 100 feet toward the municipal connection, using built-in transmitters to pinpoint any blockages or defects.

Comprehensive Reporting & Documentation:

You’ll receive a detailed report with images and clear explanations so you fully understand the condition of your sewer system.
